Citation.

Amendment of para.2 of the

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Law

Amendment (Transitional Provisions) Ordinance, 1946, the Governor

in Council has ordered and it is hereby ordered as follows:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Law Amendment (Transitional

Provisions) Schedule I Amendment (No.2) Order, 1947.

2. In this Order

"Principal Order" means the Law Amendment (Transitional

Provisions) Schedule I Amendment Order, 1947.

3. Paragraph 2 of the principal Order is hereby amended by take

principal Order. insertion therein of the following definition.

"Proclamation" means Proclamation No.27 - Emergency

Registration of China Companies.

Commencement.

4. This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the

13th day of June, 1947.
